This is the ride which Floridians think is so hilly LoL.

I'm registered Grand Masters and will probably be 40 minutes behind the main male open group.

I rode the course April 21. There were a few spots of newly dumped, deep gravel but the vast majority of the course was hard packed and very dusty. It should be fast if one chooses a clean line.

Not sure there is a point except to say I'm really looking forward to this.

It's a great ride! I've done it a couple of times when it was held in August. Hopefully, it won't be as hot in June. The 56 mile ride is hilly--and I'm from Atlanta. There are some really good climbs in the last 10 miles. The year I did the 56 mile race it was 98-99 degrees and brutal. The 35 mile option is my favorite loop of them all--enough distance for this track/velodrome racer but not too much.

Hi Trish!

I rode it again May 12. It was hot and really dusty. Followed fresh tire tracks the whole day but didn't catch whomever it was.

Maybe I'll see you there this year?
