I'm interested in possibly attending the WyColo Border patrol.
Questions:
The flyer says 2015 rides. Is the WyColo ride held this Sunday, November 2, 2014?
What is the distance?
What type/condition of roads/trails will be ridden. Can it be done on a 'cross bike with 35 or 40mm tires?
Thanx.

More information here: NoCo Gravel and Alt Road Cycling (Facebook)

Yes, it's this Sunday, it's winter of 2014/2015.

Distance is around 100 miles.

Dirt roads, no trails. You'll be fine on a cross bike with 35s.

There is food halfway out (and back) and a lunch break (BYO) at the halfway point at the border.

Lions Open Space

2319 N Overland Trail
Laporte, CO 80535

There's no ride this (November) weekend though. The campout that meets at Lion's Park is in January.
